Live Better
I believe there comes a time in many people’s lives where one day everything comes to a head and you say to yourself, “Fuck it. Something has got to change.” Sometimes this leads to a job change, or a big move, or the desire to stop drinking, or a conversation about divorce. And so we change. All the seemingly easy changes begin to occur quickly, when what we really need to do is slow down, give ourselves a chance to hear our own thoughts, to develop our own insights and to learn what is real and what we have created out of fear; or worse, what we have created in our minds because of other people’s fears. We need to understand just how much we can really shed to get to our core and then, once we are brave enough to hold the proverbial mirror up to ourselves and take responsibility for all that we have created up until that very point, can we begin to craft a life we love.
This is where I come in. I don’t have the answers, but I believe you do and I can help you find them. With challenging discussion, accountability and my own authentic brand of humor and innate ability to call bullshit I create an opportunity for my clients to explore themselves, reach deep within and release the obstacles that they create out of habit — think of them as “comfort obstacles”. I also develop unique homework strategies to continue the development of insight and the reinforcement of positive thinking.
Working with me in this capacity is ideal for anyone who is seeking to change a pattern of frustration, loss, wander, or exasperation. Especially women who are separated, divorced, seeking a change in their career, struggling to find their footing in adulthood and are in between social networks.
Are you ready to get to know the real you? Let’s talk.
